SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy: Thank you for supporting my woman-owned business. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped personally to ensure you receive your products in excellent condition.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Carrier: All products are shipped through UPS to ensure reliable delivery and package tracking.
Packaging & Protection: Every item is securely packaged with bubble warp and placed in durable boxes or envelopes to protect against damage during transit. My goal is to make sure your product arrives exactly as expected.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days after processing. Please note that UPS delivery times may very depending on your location and shipping service.
Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery. I will work directly with UPS to resolve teh issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our supplements and ensure that every customer receives products that are safe and uncompromised.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
